DMX Music in working with multiple sites has agreed to extend their operational lifespan to 03/31/2019.
The rates under the DMX – Sister Lakes Cable Affiliation Agreement have remained unchanged for over 10 years. DMX recently notified Sister Lakes Cable that the fees DMX is paying for HITS Transport to deliver the DMX signal to Sister Lakes Cable have increased over the years to a point where they are losing money on continuing to provide DMX via HITS Transport to Sister Lakes Cable. Given the increased delivery costs, DMX has informed Sister Lakes Cable that they will be discontinuing delivery of DMX Music Channels to Sister Lakes Cable.
These Changes will occur on 03/31/2019
