I Am Not Getting a Monthly Statement
This web page is to assist with making sure you are getting a monthly statement. We provide two methods of getting a monthly statement the first is a email statement. These are emailed around the 16th or 17th of the month. To elect to receive your statement via email please fill out the form below. If you are enrolled to receive a email statement and you are not please remember to check your spam folder and set us as a safe email.
For those who elect to receive a paper statement monthly (postage fee’s apply) and are not getting, getting late or delayed, and or intermittingly get a paper statement in the mail. We mail these statements once monthly around the 13th of the month to allow 5 to 7 business days to reach you. These invoices are due on the first of the following month. All first class mail after being mailed by us is no longer trackable and is subject to the delivery and handling of the US Post Office.
