This is here to assist in correcting you cable account balance if you feel there is a error with the balance on your account.

Incorrect balances due to mailed checks that have not been posted to your account. First verify if the check has cleared your bank. If this check has cleared your bank. Please contact one of our staff at 269-424-5737 or email us at cs@sisterlakescable.net. In your email include the name on the account, your account number, and a copy of the front and back of the check. In regards to checks mailed to Sister Lakes Cable that have not cleared your bank account, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the post office to deliver the mail. Please allow adequate time for your payment to arrive at our location. Payments mailed must be received by the 7th of the month in which it is due. Sister Lake Cable will not issue a reversal of late fee’s for mail delayed or lost by the post office.
